A lot of times one may get into a situation where he/she is avoided because of foul body odor. It’s important to learn how to control and eliminate this problem and remain smelling fresh and pleasant all the time.
Body odor can be caused due to a number of problems such as anxiety, stress or hormonal imbalance. The first step that you must take in order to eliminate body odor is to increase your water intake.
Drink more than 8 glasses of water in order to get rid of toxins and it would be even better if you add a bit of lime juice in the water. Lime juice acts as a catalyst and fastens the process of toxin’s elimination.
Make sure that you shower or bath every morning and evening so that the body remains fresh and clean. The foul-smelling body is because of bacteria growth and keeping the body clean will help in keeping away the foul smell.
